1. Online Crystal Collections
All crystals for sale are wholly owned by Saturn Crystals London LTD and are priced in Pound sterling. For any converted currency amounts your bank will set the rate of exchange.
Please be aware that the actual crystals you receive may vary slightly from the ones shown on the website. Due to the nature of gemstones no one specimen will be identical hence varying colours, shapes, sizes and minerals compositions are to be expected.
All goods shown are subject to availability therefore we may not be able to supply your order until you have checked stocks.
Weights, sizes and mesurments given are approximates only.
Caution! Please handle your gemstones/crystals with care some many contains sharp edges, natural fractures, heavy metals, fragments and fibers, within the stone. Never ingest mineral dust.
2. Payments
Payments for orders will be made and authorised through 3rd party secure payments systems, Paypal & Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email which acts as your proof of purchase. All orders must be paid in full before they are posted.

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. For UK mainland orders we endeavor to dispatch all orders placed within 48 hours. Deliveries will be made via the Royal Mail and it can take 3-5 working days to arrive after your payment method has been approved.
For Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, Highlands & Islands please allow 3-7 days for your order to arrive.

For mainland Europe and International orders please use the contact us form to get a shipping quote. Please be advised that orders outside the UK maybe subject to different customs laws and taxes and may incur additional charges. Saturn Crystals London LTD is NOT responsible for these charges however; we will do our best to get your delivery to you the most practical way possible.

4. Returns
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your online purchase if for some reason you are not pleased you have a 48-hour grace period from the day of receipt of your purchase, in order to make a return.
Please send an email to sales@saturncrystals.london within 2 working days of receiving the goods stating why you wish to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the returns postage, and delivery charges.
Please include your order confirmation details and full contact information. We will acknowledge your return request and confirm how to process your return. We may email instructions on how to return your purchase or ask you to print and include a returns slip with your packaged item.
Please note the order can only be returned if it is unused and in its original packaging, unless where otherwise the packaging is damaged. Please ensure the goods are securely packed and retain a receipt of the returns postage for your own records, incase proof of your return is needed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are damaged or soiled in any way.

5. Refunds
We will process your refund once the goods have been received in a satisfactory condition. We will usually refund you within 48 hours of receiving the item back. You will be refunded using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please remember that it can take up to 5 working days after we have actioned your refund for it to appear on your bank statement.
